Good morning, everyone, and I hope you are all keeping safe. Before Margherita presents the interim results for the first half, I would like to talk you through the highlights.

Vodafone has delivered a resilient performance over the last 6 months, and today, we are reiterating our FY '21 guidance. Our resilient performance is based on 3 key factors: first, the global pandemic has impacted revenue growth, mainly as a result of lower international travel volumes throughout our markets. But I am pleased to report today that even in the ongoing shadow of the COVID crisis, in Q2, our service revenue growth recovered to be just 0.4% down on last year, or a growth of 1.5%, excluding roaming.
