Eventful week. Yes. So, Maybe we'll start off on the video business maybe, talk a little bit high level about, I mean, obviously this was a process that was looked at a year or two ago, didn't materialize now it did so just kind of walk us through. The logic behind the the deal?
Yes, certainly, yeah, back in, November of 2023 we had kicked off a strategic review of the video business. At that time, we exited out of that process back in the spring of 2024. And we had looked at selling that business and at that point in time we did
