Good morning. I'm Leah Jordan, the Packaged Food and Food Retail Analyst at Goldman, and it is my pleasure to introduce the management team of Hershey. We have Steve Boskill, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dave Houlais, Senior Vice President of Finance and Anori Natan, Vice President of Investor Relations.

So Hershey really needs little introduction, but as a quick refresher, it is one of the largest packaged food companies in the U.S. With a broad portfolio of iconic brands across confection and salty snacking, including Hershey's Chocolate, Reese's, Skinny Pop, and Dot's Pretzels.
