Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It is now 12 p.m. Central Time, and in accordance with the Notice of the Annual Meeting, I call the Hyliion Holdings Corp. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to order.
I am Jay Craig, the Chairman of the Board of Hyliion Holdings, and I will preside at today's meeting. Jose Oxon, the company's Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, will act as the Secretary of the meeting.
We also have other members of the Board of Directors participating today, as well as members of our management and representatives from Grant Thornton, our independent registered public accounting firm.
