Good Afternoon everyone. Thanks for joining us. I'm, Vlad Bricki, cover multis and and ENCs here at Citigroup with, Tim Kaplowitz. We're very excited to have Idex joining us today. Eric Ashelman, CEO, and Sean Gillen, CFO. Aaron's been, Eric's been CEO since December 2020 after becoming President.
