Well, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of IGO Limited. We are delighted to have you here today, both in person, and for the first time, online. My name is Peter Bilbe, and I will be chairing this meeting.

Before we commence, I would like to acknowledge the Whadjuk people on the Noongar nation, on whose land we meet today. We pay our respects to the elders past, present and emerging.

Of course, joining me today, on my left, is Peter Bradford, our Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer; and my fellow Non-Executive directors, Debra Bakker, Kathleen Bozanic, Peter Buck and Keith Spence at the end of the table.
