I want to welcome all of you to this year's meeting, and thank you for joining us. My name is Rich Gelfond, Chief Executive Officer of IMAX Corporation. Ken Weissman, Corporate Secretary, will act as Secretary of the meeting. Other members of our Board of Directors and management are present on today's webcast as well.
