Good afternoon. Thank you, everyone, for joining us today, and welcome to the International Seaways 2020 Investor Day. I am David Siever. I'm Vice President of Chartering and Investor Relations. By way of a little background, I've been with the company for over a dozen years and have a very broad shipping background, covering everything from finance -- I have an MBA in finance from NYU -- to everything from bunkers to operations to chartering.
