Hello, everyone, and thank you for joining us for this first session of day two of our autotech & AI conference. Chris McNally here, Head of Automotive and Mobility, Evercore ISI.

It's really our pleasure today to have the CEO of Innoviz, Omer Keilaf; and CFO, Eldar Cegla.

So really quick background, and then obviously, you want to hear it in their own words. But Innoviz is a supplier of solid-state 905 LiDAR and advanced perception software for advanced driver assistance, and then ultimately, autonomous driving.

So Innoviz is on track to launch in a Level 3 program with BMW 2023 on multiple models with their hardware and software as well as autonomous shuttle program as a Tier 1. They remain on track for mid-decade launch with multiple VW brands and models. Really interesting topic we're going to dive into.
