Good afternoon, everyone. My name is John Farlinger. I am the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Assure Holdings Corp., operating as Assure Neuromonitoring. We're a publicly traded health care company, trading on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol IOM and on the OTCQB under the symbol ARHH. We're -- Assure is a health care services company. We currently operate in 8 states, and we are a provider of intraoperative physiological monitoring, acronym is IONM. We also provide professional neurologist oversight services. We are the only publicly traded pure-play company of our type that we're aware of in the United States.
