Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us for the presentation of IQE's results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. My name is Mark Cubitt, Executive Chair. Before we go through the H1 results, as you may know, we are considered to be in an offer period at the moment and therefore, are restricted in what we can say by the takeover panel.
