Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2026 annual general meeting of the shareholders of Jewitt Cameron Trading Company Limited. My name is Charlie Hopewell, Chairman of the Board of Jewitt Cameron, and I call this meeting to order. I'll now turn the meeting over to Chad Summers, the company's CEO, to serve as the Chair for this meeting.
Thank you, Charlie. Good morning. My name is Chad Summers, and I am the CEO, President, and the Director of the company. As the meeting is proceeding virtually and not in person, and to facilitate the progress of this meeting, for each motion tabled for approval, I will be personally assumed as having moved the motion.
