Good morning ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Jenoptik conference call regarding the results of the first nine months, 2025. (Operator Instructions)
Let me now turn the floor over to your host, Dr. Stefan Traeger.
Thank you very much and a very warm welcome to our Q3 earnings call. A third quarter. It has been a quarter of light and shadows, as so many other companies report. We have some specialties that are worthwhile pointing out, and throughout the call we are going to do that with me today is as usual, Prisca Havranek-Kosicek our CFO, and I'll give some sort of color up front and then Prisca is going to lead us through the through the numbers.
This is that first quarter a bit of a quarter of a light and shadows. Revenue is down from prior year figures. If you take the third quarter 2025 versus third quarter 2024, our net sales are down by around 7%, and as a result, EBITDA our operating profit is also down versus the prior year. That
