Starting with the group highlights, I think before I dive into each of the highlights, I just want to commend all of our staff, all of the green-hearted people at Dis-Chem, for embracing what has been significant change. We have built an organization, and we have built a staffing force that represents 22,000 ambassadors on this road to better health, and I personally wanted to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your personal contribution and the personal change management process that you've gone through.
