Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2023 Special Meeting of Stockholders of Jasper Therapeutics, Inc. I'm Ron Martell, the company's Chief Executive Officer and President. At this time, I'll call the meeting to order. I am pleased to conduct our meeting virtually.

The company's Board of Directors has appointed me to act as Chairman of this meeting. Herb Cross, the company's Chief Financial Officer will act as Secretary of this meeting. The Board of Directors has appointed Henry Farrell of Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company to act as Inspector of Election for this meeting. Mr. Farrell has previously taken his oath of Inspector of Election. We will file the executed oath with the recordings of this meeting.
