Good afternoon. Welcome to the virtual special meeting of shareholders of Jet.AI, Inc. I am Michael Winston, Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Jet.AI. I now call this meeting to order. Also present from Dykema Gossett PLLC is Louis Kern. Mr. Kern, at my request, will be acting as the Secretary of today's meeting. Representing Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company, which has been appointed to act as Inspector of Election for this meeting, is Vincent Amedeo.
