Good morning. First, a few housekeeping items. With respect to voting, after the item of business is presented and moved for consideration, you will have an opportunity to vote through the virtual meeting platform. When we call for votes, simply click on the voting link and follow the instructions. Voting on the platform will revoke any previously delivered proxy.
During the meeting, you will also have the opportunity to submit questions to management and the company's auditors by logging in with the control number found on your proxy card and typing questions into the questions panel in the platform.
