In order to make best use of our time, certain shareholders or proxy holders have been asked to move and second the proposals, which are called for in the notice of the meeting. This notice calling the meeting was delivered to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 14, 2026, in accordance with the articles of the company and the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia. Unless anyone objects, I propose that we dispose with the reading of the notice of the meeting.
Business may be transacted at this meeting if one or more persons are present by proxy or in person holding shares entitled to vote at the meeting. The scrutineer's report has been received and it shows that there is a quorum of shareholders present at the meeting. I direct that the scrutineer's report be kept by the Secretary with the minutes of this meeting. I now declare that the meeting is regularly called and properly constituted for the
