Good morning, and welcome to nLIGHT's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. My name is Scott Keeney, and as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of nLIGHT, I will be presiding over this meeting. Thank you for joining us today. It is now 9:00 AM Pacific Time, and the meeting is officially called to order. Julie Dimmick, the company's Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, will serve as Secretary of the meeting and record the proceedings.
