Good morning, and welcome to the Lennar Corporation's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I am Stuart Miller, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Corporation. It is my pleasure to welcome you to today's virtual meeting. I now call the meeting to order. I will act as Chair of the meeting, and Katherine Lee Martin, the company's Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary will act as Secretary of the meeting.
