All right, everybody, good afternoon. Our final, but last but certainly not least, we have Citigroup and with us today is their head of services Shamir Khalik. Welcome.
Thank you for thanks for joining us, for the cocktail portion of the day.
So just to start, you were on the stage 3 years ago, and 2 years ago you and your team gave us a very in-depth view of the services business, so for the investors that aren't as familiar with you, can you give us a run through of how long, you've been the head of services and when your folk, where your focus has been since your previous investor days?
