Thank you for joining us today, and a warm welcome from me and the entire Link Group team. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we present from today, and pay my respects to their elders, past, present and emerging. I extend that respect to all aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on this update today.

My name is Vivek Bhatia, and it is my pleasure to be here since taking the helm as CEO and Managing Director on 2nd of November, post the 6-week hand-over period. Today, I will share my initial observations of the business, key highlights and guidance for the first half FY '21 and, importantly, where I see our strategic focus and immediate priorities need to be.
