Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm John Sabino, Chief Executive Officer and a Director on the LivePerson Board. It's 10 AM, and the 2026 LivePerson Special Meeting of Stockholders will now come to order. We want to welcome you and express our thanks for your attendance at this virtual meeting.
