Thank you. It's a pleasure to start the new year here at the 40th Annual JPMorgan Healthcare Conference. I'm Doug Onsi, the President and CEO of Leap Therapeutics, and I'm proud to be able to give you an update on the clinical development of DKN-01 and our plans for 2022.
