Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the Ashmore Group PLC results for the 6 months to the end of December 2020. My name is Mark Coombs. I'm the Chief Executive of the company. And also on the call with me, I have Tom Shippey, Group Finance Director; Paul Measday, Head of Investor Relations. We're going to take you into the numbers now.

So first of all, starting on Slide 2 in front of you, I hope, because it's in front of me, which is always good, is the overview of how we've been doing. Our financial performance for the 6 months reflects the typical early stages of a recovery cycle, really. Our AuM were up 11% over the 6 months to USD93 billion,
