Good morning, and welcome to the presentation of Close Brothers 2022 full year results. I'll start with some brief reflections on our full year performance. I'll then hand over to Mike, who will take you through our financials. I'll then come back and provide our business and strategy updates. After that, Eddy Reynolds, our CEO of CBAM will provide some insights on our continued growth aspirations for that business. We're now transitioning to a post-pandemic world and adapting to a more flexible work environment. At the same time, our customers and colleagues are facing an uncertain set of economic circumstances.
