As most of you know, we put out an announcement this morning that we have acquired some assets in Louisiana, and I want to go through a presentation that each of you should have had that was on the -- with the announcement to just really talk a little bit about the decision of the area that we're entering, to talk about how it fits with our model and really the future as it relates to being able to continue to acquire and to add additional assets in this area.
