And for those of you who don't know me, I'm Luke von Grabenstein. I took over as CEO of Elementis at the end of April.

I know this business well. It's been part of my life for the last 13 years, and I've run both divisions.

And I'm passionate about this business and confident in the value we can create for all our stakeholders.

In terms of the agenda, I will start with the highlights and then we'll hand over to Ralph to cover the financials and sankment performance.
