Right, hello everyone. I feel like I should always start off by apologizing to the people in the room for an awkward start where we just wait in silence, but I think there's something going on online for the people dialing in to this, so yeah, apologies for that, but here we go. So welcome, thanks for those of you who managed to make it in. Thanks for those dialing in online. So this is obviously the half year results for Foresight Environmental Infrastructure, or FG. So to 30th September 2025. As we're running a hybrid event, as usual, we'll open up to questions at the end first for people in the room. And then we'll flip over to any questions that that come in online.
