Hi there. Thank you for joining Headlam (inaudible) and I'm joined here by our CFO, Adam Phillips.
So just turning to introduction. I'm just going to give a brief intro to talk about current trading and how we see the market at the moment. I'm also going to just outline the progress we're making on our transformation plan and our strategy. And then I'm going to hand over to Adam, who is going to talk through the numbers before returning back to me again to cover the transformation and strategic updates in a little bit more detail.
So introduction, just on current trading. I think what we've seen here is that we've seen an improving trend, certainly in the performance of the business, certainly back to last year. But it has been quite bumpy, I think, over the summer, and it just reflects some weakness, I think we see in the consumer confidence in particularly. And I think that has impacted different parts of the business in different ways where we've been investing in a new sites and we deploy
