I'm Russ. I'm an engineer. I'm the CEO of the company, and I'm joined by my colleague on the left, who's Nick Moe. He's our Chief Financial Officer. We've both been with the company a fair while now, and we're both shareholders, and around the board, we've got about 4% of the company.
