Good morning everybody, and welcome to the LSE Spark webinar, introducing Maintel Holdings PLC and our 2024 annual results.
My name is Dan Davis. I'm the Chief Executive Officer at Maintel, and I'm joined today, by Gab Pirona, who is the Chief Financial Officer at Maintel.
So thanks to everyone who's joined today either live to listen to the webcast or on demand afterwards. What I thought would be a good way to start was to give a bit of an introduction to Maintel, and I thought that the best way to do that was to talk through our brand story.
So just going back slightly in time. Towards the back end of 2022 and into the first half of 2023, we undertook a transformation plan. We had found ourselves as an organization. We've become quite a generalist in our space and communications. And really the only generalists that really left in the UK at the time were the big service providers, so the BTs and the Vodafones, really large organizations who spread their resources across a really wide portfolio.
