Good morning, everyone. I'm pleased to present the NextEnergy Solar Fund's half year results to September, the 30th which were released earlier this morning. During the period, our priority as a Board has been to reduce the company's share price discount to its net asset value.

We're taking a number of actions to do this including launching a meaningful GBP20 million share buyback during the period. We're also continuing with our capital recycling program to dispose of mature assets and deploy the proceeds into new investments, reduce borrowings, and fund share buybacks.
