Back in 2019, when we designed the mandate for Ari, what we wanted to do was give investors the opportunity to earn a well covered, stable dividend, an element of inflation protection, but also give them the opportunity to invest in growth in the renewable sector by investing in a company that was actively going out and Securing ready to build projects and bringing them into operation. And that's exactly what we've done with AI. Over the past 5.5 years, we have built the most diversified renewable investment trust of scale in the sector. We've built approximately 500 megawatts of new generating capacity in the UK and across Europe.
