Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us this morning. Together with our CFO, Samir I will take you through the annual results this morning. And I'm very privileged, actually. I feel privileged to be delivering such a strong set of numbers as my first full-year numbers reporting, and that coinciding with our 25th anniversary.

So I'll start to take you through the highlights, say it was a strong set of results. And I framed this morning around three words, progress, momentum and discipline. So we closed the year with a record year-end closing AUM of 30.6 billion pounds, up 43% on the year. And that was driven by strong investment performance, improved
