Welcome to Syncona's annual results. As you'll have seen, we've also put out a strategic update.

This is the outcome of a considerable amount of work with the Board and the similar team and done very much in conjunction with our shareholders. We're excited to tell you about both, as the results demonstrate the strength of our underlying business and the strategic update we believe is an elegant proposal that matches what we've heard from our shareholders about what they want.

We continue to show strong executional performance. The biotech markets are now in the fifth year of their downturn, and that has inevitably hit valuations. NAV per share is down 9.4% to 171p. Autolus has been the main driver. Autolus traded off significantly despite receiving market authorization and launching Quell in the US.

The private side is held up reasonably well with uplifts and Beacon and Forcefield netted off by partial write downs in Resolution and Biomodal. The
