Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Shortly after 1:00PM. I'd like to welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC. My name is Mark Pope. I'm a partner at Frostrow Capital LLP who are company secretary to Worldwide Healthcare Trust.
While I shall be acting as Chairman of this meeting, I will shortly be handing over to the Chairman of the company, Sir Martin Smith, who is attending this meeting via Zoom, and he will take us through the meeting. I'm pleased to confirm that this meeting is quorate and can now proceed to business.
