Good afternoon. I am Patrick Gruber, Chief Executive Officer of Gevo, Inc. I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Gevo, Inc. We appreciate your attendance, your interest and, most importantly, your support of Gevo. Due to the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 meeting of stockholders is being held entirely online live via audio webcast. I hereby call the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to order.
