Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the 16th Annual Needham Virtual TMT Conference. Today with us we have a presentation from QuickLogic, and we will be hearing from Brian Faith, the President and CEO. Brian, please go ahead.
Thanks, [Dennis], for the introduction and good morning, everybody. It's a pleasure to be here again at the Needham Virtual TM Conference. So let's start with QuickLogic at a glance. For those of you not familiar with QuickLogic, we are a fabless semiconductor company based in Silicon Valley, and we are the first programmable logic company to actively embrace a fully open source FPGA toolchain. And I'll get into why that is important and why that's exciting.
But before I do that, just a little bit more about the Company. We do focus on taking our technology and deploying it in different ways to customers. So we have an IP licensing business, we have a device business or an SoC business, and then we also have an AI software platform business that sits on top.
