We have finalized the sale of SCB to the Santander Group, which took place on the 23rd of December. We've changed our shareholder to Erste Group that happened on the 9th of January.
And on the 22nd of January, our Extraordinary General Meeting approved the change of our name to Erste Bank Polska. The next step
