Maybe to start here, could you lay out your five-year goals where you've talked about 25% revenue CAGR as well as 30% non-GAAP operating margin? Could you frame the contribution of AMVUTTRA relative to Nucresiran in the context of that and the pipeline as it relates to the 2030 outlook?
