Cboe Global Markets. With us today is Brian Schell, CFO and Treasurer. Brian is responsible for financial activities for the company, and he joined Cboe through the Bats transaction. He joined Bats in 2011. And prior to that, he held various leadership roles at H&R Block. Over the past few years, Cboe made a transformational deal with Bats, which expanded its products from options to multiple asset classes, increased its non-transaction revenue opportunities and upgraded its technology platform with the final migration last month.
