Good day, and welcome to the Adicet Bio, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to turn the conference over to Chen Schor to proceed with the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Chen Schor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Adicet Bio Inc. The meeting is now called to order. I've asked Nick Harvey, the Corporation's Chief Financial Officer, to act as Secretary of this meeting and to record the minutes.
It is a pleasure to welcome our stockholders to the annual meeting of Adicet Bio Inc. This meeting is being held in accordance with the corporation's bylaws and Delaware law. We'll take care of the formal business at hand, which is described in our notice and proxy statement, a copy of which was mailed on or about April 29, 2026, to all of our stockholders of record. At the close of business on April 21, 2026.
