Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is Pat Gallagher, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Arthur J. Gallagher & Company. Welcome to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Thank you for joining us today.
The polls are now open. If you have not already voted and intend to vote during the meeting, we encourage you to do so at this time by following the instructions on the meeting website. The polls will be closing immediately after presentation of the proposals. If you voted in advance of the meeting, you do not need to vote again unless you wish to change your vote.
I'd like to take a minute to introduce the other members of the Board who are in attendance today. Those directors are Sherry Barrat, Deborah Caplan, Teresa Clark, John Coldman, Richard Harries, Dave Johnson, Chris Miskel, Ralph Nicoletti, and Norman Rosenthal.
