Good day, and welcome to the Kroger Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I would like to turn the meeting over to Ron Sargent, Chairman of Kroger's Board of Directors.

Thank you, and good morning, everyone. I'm Ron Sargent, Kroger's Chairman of the Board. And it's my privilege to call to order Kroger's Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Copies of the Rules of Procedure for this meeting are available on your screen. You'll be able to submit questions via the website during the meeting, and we will also address questions that were submitted in the last few weeks after the formal portion of the meeting is complete.
As our first order of business, I would like to introduce Lee Cassiere. Lee will serve as our Inspector of Elections for this year's meeting.
