Good morning to you all, and welcome to Kemira's 2021 Results Webcast. My name is Mikko Pohjala from Kemira's Investor Relations. And with me here today, I have our President and CEO, Jari Rosendal; as well as our CFO, Petri Castren. This morning, as you might have seen, we've published our full year results for 2021 and we reported record revenue.
In addition, we published the invitation to the Annual General Meeting and the dividend proposal of last year. As is the tradition, we'll start with a brief overview of the quarter and the year and the financials from Jari and Petri and then we'll go over to your questions. (Operator Instructions)
