Welcome to this Virtual Extraordinary General Meeting for PGS. My name is Lars Mysen, and I'm the General Counsel of PGS. According to the company's articles, the general meeting shall be led by the Chairperson of the Board. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Chairperson Mr. Walter Quam is not able to lead the meeting today, so I will do so instead. Mr. Quam is, however, participating in the meeting.

With me, I have also from PGS management, President and CEO, Rune Olav Pedersen. We will prepare a list of attending shareholders, which will be attached in the minutes of meeting and I will now turn to some practical information.
