The title of our presentation today is Continued High Business Activity and Strong Positive Net Letting. As I've said before, I have a clear ambition to maintain a high pace of business activity.
And I'm proud that this quarter demonstrates tangible results from our efforts to meet our customer needs, while also maintaining a strong transaction pace.
Net letting for the quarter amounted to SEK34 million, primarily driven by our office segment, which is representing historically high level.
