So good morning, everyone, and welcome to our quarter 4 and full year 2019 reporting. We are very happy, proud and pleased with how the quarter and the year came out. We've had a year with a very good organic growth, complemented with good acquisition growth. For the year, 25.7% growth and 14.8% organic. So very, very good. We have also been able to keep expanding our margins with EBITDA for the year up 33% and 113 -- sorry, 78 basis points margin expansion for the year.
