Key Points

Positve
  • Phase 2 trial in ovarian cancer is on track with 55 patients recruited, crossing the halfway mark and achieving the two best recruitment quarters in Q1 and Q2 2026.
  • Strengthened IP position with a new patent in China and presented phase 1 data at ESGO, with abstracts accepted at ESMO and EANM.
  • Cash position of 109 million NOK is expected to fund operations into 2027, with operating cash burn slightly below budget despite increased recruitment activity.
  • Manufacturing de-risked by in-house pilot plant, with plans for redundancy via a CDMO outside Europe and scaling projects on track for phase 3 readiness.
  • FDA fast track designation in ovarian cancer supports potential for accelerated approval and priority review, with phase 3 preparations underway including regulatory discussions and site rollover from phase 2.
  • Strong safety profile and one-and-done treatment design expected to drive swift adoption if approved, addressing high unmet medical need in peritoneal metastases.
Negative
  • Phase 2 interim results are not expected until late 2027, with the main nine-month follow-up readout also late in 2027, leaving significant uncertainty.
  • Phase 3 trial will require a significantly larger patient population and is subject to regulatory discussions, with no exact design or timeline confirmed.
  • Manufacturing hold for two weeks in Q3 2026 due to scheduled maintenance could temporarily impact recruitment pace.
  • Partnership agreements are not imminent, with no target date disclosed, and the company acknowledges it cannot provide details on ongoing discussions.
  • Cash burn is expected to continue at current levels, and the company may need additional funding or partnerships to support phase 3 and commercialization.
  • Expansion into other indications like colorectal and gastric cancer is deprioritized due to financial constraints, limiting near-term pipeline diversification.

We also strengthened our IP position in China with a new patent.

And on the scientific front, we had lots of activity in first quarters.

First of all, we presented our phase one
